Product Insurance Policy
All shipments are automatically insured against loss or damage during transit.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days at info@legendarylocks.com and include photos of the issue. We will review your claim and provide a replacement or refund if needed.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
